Who we are

High Point Systems Integration, LLC (“HPSI,” “we”) is a Colorado security systems integrator. This policy covers information handled through our public website (highpointsi.com), our employee portal (portal.highpointsi.com), and the internal business applications HPSI operates for its own use.

Information we collect on this website

When you submit a demo request or contact form, we collect the information you provide: name, organization, email address, facility type, and your message. We use it to respond to your inquiry and for no other purpose. We collect anonymous, cookie-free page analytics (page views and referrers) to understand site traffic. We do not run advertising, sell personal information, or share it with third parties except the service providers that operate our infrastructure (website hosting and email delivery), who process it only on our behalf.

Employee portal and internal applications

HPSI’s employee portal and payroll/HR applications are restricted to HPSI staff and process employment records: time entries, compensation, tax elections, pay statements, and related documents. Access requires company credentials with multi-factor authentication. Sensitive identifiers (such as Social Security numbers and bank account details) are stored encrypted (AES-256-GCM), and access is limited by role at the database level.

Accounting integration

Where HPSI connects its internal applications to QuickBooks Online, the connection is authorized through Intuit’s OAuth service. HPSI stores the resulting access credentials encrypted and uses the connection solely to read its own chart of accounts and record its own accounting entries. No customer data is transmitted to Intuit, and no Intuit data is shared with third parties.

Retention and your choices

Website inquiries are retained as ordinary business correspondence. Employment records are retained as required by federal and state law. To ask about, correct, or delete information you have submitted through this website, email info@highpointsi.com.
